All parts supplied by the Off-Road Armoury are the property of the Off-Road Armoury until full payment has been received, and that any order cancellations or modifications may be subject to a 20% charge to cover any handling fees or expenses incurred.

All parts supplied or fitted by the Off-Road Armoury are strictly for off-road or competition use only. Your vehicle may be rendered unfit for use on a public road after off-road modifications have been carried out. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your vehicle is fit for use on a public road. The Off-Road Armoury will not be held liable for any loss or personal injury, immediate or consequential arising from the fitment of off-road modifications.

All parts supplied by the Off-Road Armoury have a limited lifetime warranty against material defect and/or faulty workmanship, the Off-Road Armoury shall be released from any obligations under this warranty in the event repairs or modifications are made by persons other than its own authorized service personnel or if the warranty claim results from, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear of the product. No agent, employee or representative of the Off-Road Armoury may bind any affirmation or modification of this warranty concerning the goods sold under this contract.
