Roll Cages
DIY 4-Point Cage Kit.
Our DIY Samurai/SJ Roll cage kit is designed to be an easy and cost effective solution for the home fabricator who doesn't have access to accurate and professional tube bending facilities, but still wants to do the majority of the fabrication work himself.
Both hoops have 4" of cut off material at the bottom, to ensure perfect body alignment during the fitting process. As do all the other components.
Basic welded and notching skills required for a successful installation.

- Front A-HOOP - 48mm x 3.2mm ERW
- Middle B-HOOP - 48mm x 3.2mm ERW
- 2 x Straight roof joining bars - 48mm x 3.2mm ERW

Suspension
2" Shackle Reversal Kit
When set up correctly, The shackle reversal is without doubt the best handling mod you can do to your SJ/Samurai, the kit also allows you to fit longer shock absorbers giving much greater articulation.
Contrary to popular belief, shackle reversal does not reduce your approach angle, it keeps it exactly the same as it would be from the factory, so there are no horrible extended shackles dig in to the floor or nasty scissor shackles to fail plus it keeps your vehicle handling nice and tight.
The Kit is FULLY BOLT-ON which is what makes them so popular, great lift, great performance and most importantly @ a GREAT PRICE!

Diff Guards
Our Samurai Diff Guards are weld-on, as there is no 100% secure way of bolting a diff guard to the casing without going way OTT with brackets, as the outer casing edge is tapered.
Our diff guards are Laser Profiled from 6mm steel, and CNC folded for a superb fit and finish every time.

Axle Truss
These are a great addition for any hardcore Suzuki vehicle, the STD axle casings are well known for bending with extreme off-road use, which is why The Off-Road Armoury have come up with a simple yet very effective solution. Our axle trusses are CAD designed, Laser profiled and CNC folded, giving them a superb fit and finish. They will fit any Samurai axle, front & rear + top or bottom.
