HD FRONT WINCH BUMPER
The Off-Road Armoury are proud to offer our long awaited Jimny Front Winch bumper, which has been designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM technology. Laser profiled from 6mm, 4mm throughout, and comes as std with two 25mm recovery points. Comes complete with fitting instructions to ensure any easy straight forward installation. Our bumper will accept almost all 4-bolt 9" drum winches, please contact us prior to purchase to ensure that the winch you have or intend to use is suitable. NOT SUITABLE FOR WINCHES WITH SOLINOIDS IN THE BRIDGE.

HD REAR BUMPER
Producing an aesthetically pleasing rear bumper for the Suzuki Jimny is no easy task, let alone being ultra tough with it, but after much development and testing, we ar proud to add it to our ever growing range of HD Jimny parts.
Our Bumper is bolt on, with only minor drilling/fab required for a successful installation. All nuts bolts & fixings are included, and comes with mounting brackets to suite STD & +2" body heights.

ARMOUR
DIFF GUARDS
Here at The Off-Road Armoury we actually get out there into the real world, and use our vehicles, so we understand what works and what doesn't when the going gets tuff. This is why we have designed our Jimny diff guards to b a weld on part, as there is not any 100% effective way to bolt a diff guard to the casing, due to the outer edge being tapered, causing conventional diff guards to rattle lose over time.
Our diff guards are CAD designed, and laser profiled from 6mm steel, and then CNC folded, resulting in an ultra tough clean fitting product that will take some real abuse.

AXLE TRUSS
Our axle truss is a simple, and very effective way to strengthen your Jimny axle casings. They are fully CAD designed, laser profiled and CNC folded for a superb fit and finish.

The key to the success of our kit is the springs, they are manufactured to our own design, which has been developed over many years of hard core testing, they are manufactures to the highest std, using high grade silicon chrome, & shot peened for increased strength and durability, then finished off in a high gloss black powder coated finish. INDIVIDUAL SUSPENSION COMPONENTS.
If you have Lifted your Jimny and now it handles like a brick on top of a blamange, Well here's your fix, + your adding some serious beef to your vehicle at the same time. Our radius arms return your steering castor angle back to it's correct position, helping to keep your Jimny driving like it should. They are also designed to position your axle back in to it's proper relation to the coil turrets, compensating for the arc of the suspension lift.
Our Radius arms are simply "THE BEEFIEST" radius arms on the market today. They are Jig welded and built constructed using the correct materials for the application. Our bush sleeves are CNC machined for a perfect fitting suspension bush, 1.5" OD SEAMLESS tube with a 1/4" wall thickness (that's nearly 7mm thick!) combined with 12mm CNC laser profiled mounting plates for a super tough durable product that will take all the abuse you can throw at them!.
Fitting is very straight forward, as they are a direct replacement for the std Jimny arms, please note that your std bushes will require pressing out of your old radius arms, and and then pressing in to your new castor corrected radius arms. (Tooling also available to buy £25, of comes free if you purchase a full vehicle set)
All arms come finished in black powder coat.

Heavy Duty Pan hard rod kit, fully adjustable from 2" to 5" Lift. Don't be fooled by these simple looking bad boys, they use seamless tube throughout and have a massive 1/4" wall thickness for superior strength.
